Do you offer Saturday delivery? |
Yes, we can ship your Koi any time or place serviced by UPS or FedEx. Saturday delivery requires an additional fee of $14.50 per box. Saturday deliveries may not be available in certain areas.
It rarely happens, but there is some risk when shipping for a Saturday delivery, that if delayed, your Koi would not be delivered until Monday. Considering this possibility, we would like to recommend that you consider purchasing UPS insurance for these deliveries. The cost is just $30 and would protect you from any loss due to service failure up to the amount of $2000.

Do I have to be there when Koi is delivered? |
It is important to open the box and release them as soon as you can because they will be exhausted from their trip.
Can I pick up the Koi at the closest UPS station, UPS store or FedEx station? |
Yes. It might be better for some of you because you can probably pick up your Koi as soon as they open the station. If they deliver, you may not be their first stop. To check your closest location, please check location finder for UPS or for FedEx
Or call UPS at 1-800-PickUPS and FedEx at 1-800-GoFedEx.

Can you hold my Koi while I bid on some more Koi? |
Yes, we can. We understand it is important that you combine your winnings to save the shipping cost. Therefore, we hold your Koi for 10 days with the guarantee of the health. During the period, please bid and find companions for your shipment.
If you would like us to hold your Koi, please:
- Contact us and tell us your requests,
- Provide us with your credit card number to confirm your winnings. We will not charge you until the 10th day or if you pay C.O.D.
The 10 days will be counted from the next day of auction end. For example, if an auction closes on Wednesday, Thursday is the first day.
Can you hold my Koi after the (10 days) holding period? |
Yes, we will if you need to do so. And we will do our very best to keep your Koi in good and healthy condition until the shipment. HOWEVER,
- We need to settle the payment before or on the 10th day.
- We will hold NO responsibility after 10 days as to what happens to your Koi.

- We guarantee the health of your Koi during our holding policy period of 10 days.

We believe this hardly happens, but if a problem is found, please contact us as soon as possible. We will reserve this credit towards your next auction, or we will return your money.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Can I return Koi? |
We are sorry, but all Koi sales are final. Keeping our Koi and facility as clean as possible is critical to assure introduction of clean and healthy Koi to our customers. Therefore, once the Koi leave our farm and have experienced other water, we do not allow any Koi to come back, for any reason. Avoiding cross contamination is the best practice.
