You may return an item, in its original condition, for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. If you would like to return the item, please contact us for the authorization.

Pre-paid freight and any insurance charges or other costs are non-refundable. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all order items.

Some special order items may not be returned. The restocking charge and above-mentioned non-refundable costs will be deducted from your refund.

After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

Koi may not be returned. All sale is final.
