- Every piece of equipment we use, such as tubs and nets, are disinfected after each use.
- We do not accept any returns. Because we have no control on a koi’s condition or a customer’s pond once a koi leaves our facility, we do not allow them to return back to us.
- No one except our Farm Team and other experieced staff members are allowed to handle our nets, the water, and koi. Every staff member is trained to bleach their hands and arms each time they enter a pond area, before they handle pond water, and before they move to another pond.
