The Customer Portal allows you to change all of your own information in our database as needed. Keep in mind, it may not be integrated completely with every feature and website Kodama Koi offers for example: auction

Logging in:

Go to My Account, enter your username and password in the “Login” column, and go from there!

Creating an account:

Go to My Account, enter a “nickname” of your choosing, your phone number, username, and e-mail address. You will receive a password via e-mail.

From there, follow further instructions.

Any address changes must also be updated with Customer Service as soon as possible to ensure timliness of all scheduled deliveries.
