In an effort to provide our Kodama Koi Family with purchasing records, we have developed a section in your account to review your invoices!

The client portal allows you to:

  • Pay for invoices
  • View remainder balances
  • Review, accept or decline quotes
  • Display any financial information related to Kodama Koi Farm orders.

The portal also allows you to update your own information in our database as needed!

Please note: usernames cannot be changed. Your display name may be changed with Customer Support.

Keep in mind, it may not completely integrate with every feature and website Kodama Koi offers (i.e.:, auction).
If for any reason you are unable to process your updates in your customer portal or make any address changes, be sure to contact us.

Please update us as soon as possible with any address or phone number changes so that we may ensure all orders reach their destinations safely and in a timely manner.
