We understand it is important that you combine your winnings to save on shipping costs (See shipping calculator to estimate your box size). Depending on if the koi is an unpaid auction or a paid order, the time frame and fees may vary. See below for details.

AUCTION’S EXTENDED HOLDING FEE:
An auction koi may be held past 3 days without payment at our discretion. During the extended holding period, if a Koi becomes sick or dies, Kodama Koi Farm will not be held liable. After 1 month of “Holding” status, the koi will be considered “Boarding” and is subject to boarding fees.
If you would like to board your Koi (for example, during the winter):
- This is offered only on a case-by-case basis and pond availability
- If approved, the cost is $50/Koi per month (fees are nonrefundable)
- If a Koi becomes ill, we will treat it at no additional cost to you
- NO replacements or refunds will be offered if a boarding Koi loses its color or dies

****Please note: If our customer can not be reached for unpaid koi and pending shipping date orders, it is to Kodama’s discretion to cancel the koi with a 20% restocking fee.
