Miyaishi Koi Farm was founded by Mr. Taro Miya in Ojiya-shi, Niigata. Mr. Kentaro Miya of the third generation runs the business now. He aims at breeding the best Koi in the world. He breeds all variety. His current interest is to develop an excellent Kin Showa. It is hard to produce very good Kin Showa. There seems to be no breeder who exceeds him on Kin Showa breeding for the moment.
